A complete shot in the dark but I hope I get some advice here.
I am looking to make my NAC 12 tail tidy with single exhaust. Any ideas on how to smooth-en the back fairing and transform twin exhaust into single?
A sample of what kinda result I am looking for is attached to this message.
Moreover, the rear tire huger looks like it has been made from front tire mudguard. What do you guys think?
Any help would be much appreciated

I guess you know the exhaust plays a big part in the engines performance, back pressure has got to be right.
Check if the makers can supply what you want.
Looks to me like front and back guards are made the match in style/shape.

I know the exhaust system will not be as easy as wielding a Y pipe and sticking can on the back. Wonder who works with such projects in essex/herts area?

Just Google 'motorcycle exhausts Essex' (or Herts) and you'll find a few. Won't be cheap though.

If you modify the bike in any way you should inform your insurance company or it could invalidate your cover.

Thanks for info guys. Might become useful. However I am willing to do the job myself and learn something from it. I have chosen nar12 as it looks easily modifiable and spares are cheap in case I get something wrong.
