I'll ring up the dealer tomorrow. Thanks for the help, I looked it over and it appears to be coming from the air filter which is very odd

If it has a foam filter it may be filter oil that is oozing out if it has been too liberally applied, there should not be much of though, if it has a paper element please ignore the preceding sentence.
