yes but is that a LUCAS 529 or a wipac ?????? canot find that no on amoc site ( story of my life )

Lucas L529 is pt. no. 023287, the club spares list states will fit lightweights. Repro's of this lamp are available from club spares.
Although I did think lightweights were all Wipac electrics..

The rear light unit fitted to the lightweights was Wipac S179. It was also fitted to some of the AMC James and Francis Barnett models. So far as I know, replicas are not now manufactured but originals sometimes turn up at autojumbles and on eBay.

They were the 3 bulb rear lamps with separate tail and stop lamps but are now obsolete with no replica's as far as I know. The modern replacement has the more conventional stop/tail single bulb

Due to no replicas of the correct Wipac lamp, this is probably why club spares are suggesting what I stated above
