I have got a 1946 G80 and use it for work any, problems give me a shout I have encountered lots of problems but now have a reliable machine which I can trust.I would advise a B.S.A big end conversion as the A.M.C big end dosent appear to be up to the job (I snapped mine), appart from a better oil pump and a resituated tool box your machine is basicly the same as mine.
