Hello,
I just baught a matchless and i would like i anyone can confirm me if the bike is G2 OR G5. Can i have an email so i can send some pictures?

look at the engine number, that will tell you

The bike did not arrived yet. Im from Cyprus and a friend of mine baught it for me.
Just wondering if i can understand the model from the frame. I mean if is a G2 with G5 engine.

A G5 would have the forks the bike in the picture has, but so would a G2CSR, Maybe someone we notice if the engine looks like 250 or 350.

The length of the barrel would indicate a 350 G5.

In the discription before i bought it said that is 350cc. But im not sure if the frame is a G5 or G2. So it looks like a g5 in the picture?

Thats a 350 engine and I would say its a 350 frame, only my opinion

I'll back you on that Colin, definitely a 350 in the correct frame. If you stick a 350 in a 250 frame the access to the rocker inspection box is almost none without removing the tank. The picture clearly shows half of the inspection cover below the base of the fuel tank.
