mod 8 gearbox question

Sorry for the newbie 20 questions but I have been looking through the parts list with pictures and I have a question. In my gearbox the kick start shaft itself has two bushes in it, one is a sleeve right inside and the other (outer) has a flange on it, this one at least is worn(the shaft that goes into it moves up and down) yet in my parts book it lists one long bush which does not show a flange?? part number 041469 has this been modified or is it just a bad picture? my gearbox number is M3043.
