G80cs head crack

Lots of bikes have cylinder heads that develop cracks at this point.
Triumphs were famous for it.

I too have run bikes for many miles and the crack gets no worse and does not impede the running.

As you have only started to worry about it since you have seen it......QED

This is the same thing the machine shop said to do. He said do the valve job, put it back together and ride it another twenty years.

Ken, you know all about Rocking Horse S**t. Most of those were shipped to the US & I looked 10yrs before finding one for my Typhoon. Cheers, Don.
