I have found the transfer on the oil tank of my G12 has part rubbed off.
When I have looked further at the transfer, I think there may have been a air bubble under the transfer.
I have other transfer that look to be stuck firmly.
When I apply a new tranfer do I need to prepare the surface and/or spray with a protective coating?
Any comments or information would be good.
Regards Brian

As long as the surface is clean, flat, and
grease free it should be OK. I always apply
a few coats of thined varnish afterwards.

Thanks for reply Ray.
I forgot to ask how to remove the remainder of the transfer without damaging the paint work.

sometimes they can be scratched off with your finger nail or else soak it with a sponge and boiling water or is it in a position where you can steam it off with the steam from a boiling kettle

I have removed some transfers lately, I
used some petrol and my finger nail. It did the job for me.
