IT IS INCREDIBLE!

Moisten the surface area before applying it, rub it well in and you will have a permanent seal.

I'm sure I remember an article in a very old Jampot about cutting a few threads off a tank bolt, putting a slot in one end like a screw. Then putting filler up the hole and screwing home with a slim screwdriver.

Or did I imagine it?
