Welcome Simon.
Looks great.
The rubber waterproofing boots on the ends of the control cables are a nice touch - and the transparent (flow observation?) section of the rocker feed oil pipe.
Not sure about the snazzy yellow cable ties, though! Edited by - SPRIDDLER on 24 Apr 2009 9:38:49 PM

You do realise that according to popular perception it is supposed to be old retired people who play with classic bikes not young soon to be retired people!

The rubber sleeves all over the bike are the previousowners idea of waterproofing..and the yellow cable ties, well, i think he just didnt have any black ones.
I will take bits off eventually.
However he has put on a few odd switches..one for the electrics, under the seat to isolate the battery, and another right under the seat ti isolate the ignition...forward on back,,wont go.
As i have said befor, he was a tinkerer.
Enjoyed the Stafford bike show yesterday, bought the obligatory raffle ticket from the AJS and Matchless stand..
Could have spent a fortune..but didnt as the dragon was with me and i couldnt have snuck anything else into the garage.
Off to sandbach today, motorcross race..not on AJS i,m afriad.
