i would like to find out more about the new range of AJS's on the market it seems that they are chinese?

They are indeed Chinese with Japanese based engines (Honda) but this forum deals mostly with the British bikes. There is little expertise here to help you, I think. I'd suggest you go to a dealer who'll be happy to show you around them and answer any questions. However, it seems they're quite well thought of for what they are.

Two or three of the various models have been reviewed in MCN over the past year or so,and as Robin says ,they have been fairly well received.The Honda engine which has been copied is renowned as being "bullet proof".If you search MCN archives you will see a section on reviews,just put in "AJS" and you should be in business.
