Can anyone identify any of these numbers stamped on badge riveted to crankcase as such,

I'm certainly no expert but, as no-one else has responded yet, I'll have a punt.
The serial number is probably the engine number, the 41-G3L tells you it is for a G3L 350cc Matchless model made on or after 1941.

Do you have the whole bike?
It wouldn't still be khaki/olive drab by any chance?
Is it the one you show as 500cc and coming to you via Italy?
The only engines I've seen with riveted-on engine number plates are ex WD. Could be a WW11 350 left-over p'raps, converted to 500cc.............?

Yes that's the bike from Italy I put magnifying glass over numbers
