Yes, their web site seems to be out of order.
I phoned their number and an answerphone advised that they only answer the phone on particular afternoons between 1 and 6 pm and Saturday mornings. It is not possible to leave messages.
Hopefully you don't need to place an order with them, or obtain information about their products, or disturb their peace in some other way.
