Exhaust

Post by eagle56 »

Put the bike on my new lift today and checked the brake lining front and rear.

Managed to strip the threads of the wheel nuts front and rear.

also the exhust came of from the head, cant see how it is ment to attach.
The finned thingy seems to do nothing and the exhaust pulls in and out.
Need hel to understand how to secure it.

The pipe is just a push fit in the head, the finned ring is just an aftermarket embelishment.

You can probably take comfort from the fact that the thread stripping was started long before you got the bike (I hope)
