Petrol tap corks

Hi LynP,
Even if repeated, advice is never wasted as it serves to either confirm or refute that previously given. I also read that the fit was tight and snug requiring some assistance to allow for the screw thread to be exposed. Alternative to the screwdriver was the use of the finger or thumb nail. Mine are a bit ‘blunt’ so a screwdriver might save the day!
So, the soaking in petrol, over night, has merit. I’ll remember that.
