Hi everyone,
I've recently purchased a modified AJS 16MS with a 500cc top end conversion, built in 1958 and now in a trials style (picture attached). The bike is on the registration UVS799 and came via Silverstones motorcycle auction in Shuttleworth.
Whilst there was only minimum information provided (downside to an auction I guess) I was hoping someone out there may be aware of this AJS. I would really appreciate knowing any history of the bike or previous owners.
On a different note, after a little reading up and a few checks we had our maiden voyage with a few gentle miles. Thoroughly enjoyed it, lovely ride and trouble free, great start!
I've already heard from James at the Fenrunners and look forward to attending my first meeting on the 14th August
Thanks in advance for any thoughts or info.

Welcome to the club and Forum, Mark.
That's gorgeous.
It's crying out for ball end levers, though.
(I have a fetish for ball end levers).
