hi guys may i ask a question can any one say what size of copper pipe is being used on the oil feed pipe to the crank case oil pump that is the lower pipe of the two in the picture what bore is it please thank you.

I made the mistake of looking at pipe sizing and there's quite a lot to it. The bore and the external diameter only relate to each other if you know the wall thickness, initially or planned.

Hope someone with more knowledge than me responds.

I don't have the pipe dims to hand but just to avoid going down a blind alley, to which crankcase are you referring? . Which year is the 350 because in '47 the feed pipe diameter for the 350 and the 500 was increased to allow for the introduction of the two-start scroll on the timing side axle which doubled the pump's flow rate.
I may be able to get at my '54 G3LS later to measure the pipes.

Incidentally, the 350 engine serial number should start like this, with the year (i.e. not with 'G3LS'),:
