Reassembling my 1 1/8 forks and find the bottom yoke is twisted as is my used spare.
Any tips on straightening or a recommendation for someone who can do it professionally please

Depends how severe or direction of twist , but heat would allow you to realign the yolk.

I've had a local small engineering firm straighten forks but a specialist frame straightener will have the expertise to do it.
Several possibles come up in your area who may be worth a call if you Google ......

KRG at Consett say they do frame straightening.
You may have to provide them with both yokes and the stanchions.
