Alternator rotor
Should there be a spacer and tab washer behind the fixing nut holding my rotor onto the crank, it seems secure, but looks like a bit missing,667h

If we're talking about a G12? What year? The order is scrolled spacer, sprocket, spacer, rotor, locking washer then crankcase release valve. (Not a nut). So outside the rotor you have a locking washer then the release valve. Look at it here in the parts list: http://archives.jampot.dk/book/Spares_l ... _twins.pdf

Hi, it’s a1960, looking at it and talking to Steven at AMC spares it appears I,m looking at a butchered tab washer, I,ve ordered a new one, rgds D,
