The correct way to fit the rocker bushes is to heat the rocker before fitting the bushes and then ream to size as the bush will have compressed a little on fitting. You should not use any Locktite type retainer as this may block the very small oilway groove in the bush and drilling in the rocker. Do it properly. You can't compare this exercise with the fitting of kingpins or suchlike. Each rocker has one plain and one grooved bush. The grooved bush will feed oil to the rocker. It will be self explanatory when you dismantle the old.
