That Nimbus looks great, takes me back to the IJR at Kerterminde.
TR6 - real world price? I had a TR6P (police version) it was nice but nearly 12K? I'd rather have the Nimbus.

I agree. I remember the TR6 with the phone case in the petrol tank. They were advertised in the motorbike press in the mid 1970s as ex police bikes for about £400 when they'd reached the end of their working life.

I think you guys are on the wrong track the 1956 tr6 tropy apart from the name has very
little in common with the later unit constuction models. T he early ones were mainly for the american
market as reflected in the set up and as the market goes it is certainly not overpriced
