I have used these guys twice in the past:-
http://www.movingmotorcycles.co.uk/
They are based in the south-east but will cover most of England if required. Both trips were one-way collections of newly purchased bikes which went very well - in one case they actually offered to front the money, when I mentioned how much hassle I was having with making a payment. In the end it wasn't necessary, but they work on a trust basis and are very professional with it.
In contrast to most ebay couriers of motorcycles they use newish but totally anonymous unmarked vans in order to avoid attracting unwanted interest - they fit them out with custom ramps, racks and strap fittings. I met the owner in person (told me to pop round to his home, since I was local!) and can't think of anything that gave me any concern about the bikes or the cash. Although one of the drivers could talk the hind legs off a donkey, it was about bikes and quite interesting as well!

I and many classic bike acquaintances use Jerry Fiford. He's semi-retired and a Ducati and Honda racer who does deliveries/collections when he hasn't got his race bikes in his van.
He's in S London but goes all over U.K. at reasonable rates. Just give him a 'from' and a 'to' postcode and he'll quote.
