KETTERING HQ MEMBERSHIP & PARTS
Hello All
Just to make everyone aware, our bank's servers have gone down so we are unable to process any card payments at present.
As you would expect the bank cannot give us even an estimation of how long this will take to fix so unfortunately it's a case of wait and see.
I would like to point out (although this may be obvious to some) that the banks servers are completely out of either my or Gary's control and that getting upset or angry on the telephone is not going to achieve anything (other than your call possibly being disconnected!) as soon as payments are able to be taken we will of course process all orders but at present the only orders we can process are those placed via our online store.
www.amoc-parts.com
and the same for membership, online renewals are not affected just renewals by card payments.
We are hoping that this should be fully resolved by start of business tomorrow although, as stated above, we cannot make any guarantees as it is out of our hands.

Thanks Kelly. I renewed online successfully by card this morning.
I'm appalled that you should ever be put in that unpleasant situation.kellyp wrote:I would like to point out (although this may be obvious to some) that the banks servers are completely out of either my or Gary's control and that getting upset or angry on the telephone is not going to achieve anything (other than your call possibly being disconnected!)

Good news all!!!
The bank's fairy has waved her magic wand and fixed the server problem so we are now back up and running. We are currently working towards catching up on orders so any orders placed by telephone this week may take a day longer than usual until it is received as we have a bit of a back log.
Gary and myself would like to thank the majority of members that were understanding of yesterdays banking issues.
