Decals/Transfers query

Post by Grad »

Evening,

Another question! What type of toolbox decals/transfers are correct for my 1959 G2 please. Winged M?, M in a laurel wreath? or what! It's sending me slowly nuts!!!!

Please help me.

Cheers,

Well your parts list will tell you they are pt. no. 009188, so all you need to do is order a couple from Club spares.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the quick response!

The club was my first port of call, they are stocked in gold, but I need the ones with the silver background if such things exist. I don't even know what type of decals they should be, or indeed what type part no. 009188 is, winged M, or the M in the laurel wreath.

Cheers,

Steve

009188 as advised by Rob is correct for a '59. This is the red "M" in a gold laurel wreath.
If your 'bike has something else at present then it has been retro-fitted by a previous owner.
