Wey Valley Notes

Postby Mallet » Thu Jan 30, 2020 7:01 pm

Here in the Wey Valley, we haven't posted anything for a while as we have either been asleep, drunk, haven't done anything, or are just busy with winter refits and rebuilds.
Glorious Leader as ever, leading from the front, has been busy fitting new gadgets on his handlebars, to further enhance his superior navigational skills and to continue showing the Hampshires the error of their direction finding.
The Wey Valley Festive meet meet before Christmas was well attended where our doughty Landlord served a wonderful carvery roast lunch
followed by xmas pud and some other hot steamy sweet thing, or was it ice cream???
Some Wey Valley members went along to the New Years meet at the West Meon pub, and later in January, attended the Hampshires annual/festive dinner, also held in the West Meon. The food was excellent, the coffee delicious and the company joyous as usual, Mallet even won a prize in the raffle.
As ever Glorious Leader sets an glorious example by riding out whenever the weather is gloriously favourable.
So we hope your all making ready for the coming season and are nearly all fired up ready to go.
Let's see you out there, Matchless Maniacs and Ajay Wildthings!
Born Hampshire,Ride Hampshire!
