Oil grade for 1927 AJS 350

Post by AJay »

Hi all,
Does anyone know the correct grade of oil to put into my 1927 AJS 350 Big port. I am in the process of preparing it for its first fire up in almost 3 years and want to make sure I get everything right. Also, do I need an additive for the fuel.

The 1927 Pitmans Book of the AJS workshop manual tells all you need to know. I thought I made you aware of all the literature?
