G12 petrol tank

Has anybody any info on the rubber bushes which hold in place the fixing bolts to secure the tank to the frame. It's a 1960 machine and the bushes are approx., 1 1/2" long x 1 1/8" across. the bolt has a winged washer on the head of the bolt to stop it turning in the bush. Help please.
