From my original 1958 Parts List, the bracket fixing the bottom of the rear mudguard is Part No. 022250. This is secured to the mudguard by a 1/4" bolt, 11/16" long, BSC thread, and to the frame by a stud 3. 9/16" long by 5/16" BSC thread, Part No. 000275, with nut and washer. There is also the bolt 000346 fixing the guard to the frame loop bridge with spring washer, nut and two different plain washers.
Hoping this helps,
Best regards
