Matchless G11 CSR 600 Wheel building

Post by g11csr »

Hi im getting my Matchless G11 CSR 600 wheels rebuilt, but the fella that is going to build them needs more info. The wheels had the spokes removed before i bought the bike so i dont know the offset and spoke length ect.
The wheel rims are 19" and the hubs full width front and back.
So can anyone tell me the offset from brake drums to rims and the spoke lenghts i need?
Any help would be great...Thanks

There is no offset or at least that's what the wheel builders who did mine told me. If your wheel builder cannot work out what length the spokes are given the hub and the rim I would find another wheel builder.

That's right. Also, if you order from Central Wheel Components they'll supply the correct size rims and spokes for any specific bike.

But make sure they grind the spokes down in the rim. They didn't for me and as they put the tyres on I didn't know untill I got a puncture.
Try Hagon.
