Hello again, Having read itma`s reply to my last posting and what is mentioned on this site I think I will paint the frame with enamel paint (Can you still buy it)I have a Sunbeam S8 that`s powder coated but the engine hangs in the frame no problems.
Do you flatten the existig paint fill in and paint with a brush or spray can on top of existig paint or get down to bare metal.

Tekaloid is the stuff you need; good brushes, [Hamiltons Perfection]
and a bit of patience.

I think I have posted Tekaloid address here in the past, but the mince pies are bit too tired to look, as have spent all early evening having various dyes and stuff poured in them.
