Rockers on valves

I’ve had the valves reseated, but notice the rockers are not completely covering the valve stems on one side is this okay?

I'm not sure, but are the rocker shafts not concentric , so when you rotate them it increases or decrecreases the valve clearance, so could not try rotating one of the shafts to see wether it puts the rocker arm more onto the valve stem, just a suggestion, a member with more knowledge will very likely come up with the answer.
