Which way is the correct way for the front brake operating lever to face .
On my 1953 16 its fitted facing forward as in the first photo ,and has been since I got it and it works fine .
Checking the Instruction book page 68 shows it pointing forward as mine is ?

Well more shenanigans today on the 20 out up along the coast then down the b roads inland way with a coffee & 1 swift pint stops

Thanks the first photograph is at Amble harbour the second is from just the top of Hipsburn looking over to Alnmouth I am going to have a ride up to the Boarders tomorrow on the b roads with her indoors on the back, Hope you have a good time look forward to see the photographs
