STD 611 or 000611 is dynamo sprocket locknut. Club should have them also the lock washed and retaining circlip, that all fit on this special nut

I need 000725 but can't seem to locate one and can have 000727 machined to fit.

Also, on my magneto the sprocket appears to have some kind of clutching system on it, this doesn't appear in the parts book for this years bike, does anyone have insight?

Sorry I am a bit late on this one but I believe your bike is 54 G80/18 or at least you were looking for the parts list for it. The SR1 mag was introduced in 1954 for the 500 and 1955 for the 350. The mag in the picture is an SR1 and this had the auto advance in your picture. There was a special mag cover introduced at the same time with a bulge on it to accommodate the auto advance unit. If you look at page 55 of the AJS parts list you will see it listed under "021354 auto control unit with sprocket". It is listed only for the 500. You will need this unit as your SR1 mag has no facility for manual advance/retard and I would advise against trying to start a 500 on full advance!

Yeah, I contacted club parts and was told both 611 and 725 are out of stock with no restock ETA if ever.
Fix it until it's broken!

Otherwise how will
anything get done?

I bought a sprocket and sprocket nut from Andrew Engineering Ltd last month. I already had the lock-washer but they may have them as well.
