Nick, I am not aware of any supplier of new/replica mudguards for our bikes, so you may have to crawl through the autojumbles or go to the traders specializing in AMC. AMC Classic Spares at:
http://www.amcclassicspares.com
is an excellent source dealing solely in AMC spares. I am not sure what Jampot Ltd.'s second hand stock is, but is worth a try.
Regards,

Where can i get rear mudguard for 1960 AJS 18m
There are a few "pattern" mudguards around, but by all accounts (i've not seen any) some of them require a lot of fettling to get them to fit correctly. A case of buyer beware??
Many years ago I bought a cheap fibreglass "blade" that I cut to fit. [:0]
As I know that Jampot Spares have patterns of most mudguards to have manufactured as soon as funds are available for another major project it might be another way to go and await a good pattern part[8D]
