torque settings
anyone give me the torque setting for timingside crankshaft end nut....G3LS.....urgent!

The factory started using that nut in the early 1920's long before torque settings were thought of in motorcycle circles. They were aware it might come undone in service, that is why they made it with a left hand thread, so it is self tightening (or at least reluctant to come loose) when the engine is running. Just do it up tightly with a good fitting ring spanner so you don't round off the corners. BOB
