grease gun
Could anyone recommend which grease to use in my grease gun for using on the grease nipples, thanks mick.

I use 'multi-purpose' grease. Most manufacturers seem to have a grease described in this way.

All-purpose grease is fine everywhere except wheel bearings which should have a high melting point grease. Wheel bearings are best packed with grease using a finger-tip, obviously having first removed the wheel. Using the grease nipples on the wheel bearings is asking for trouble should the grease contaminate the brake linings.
