Real Classic

Please don't think this is advertising but there is an article, several pages long, about the Model 8 in the July issue of Real Classic. I haven't read it yet but it looks to be in-depth and not superficial.
Just thought non-subscribers might like to know and seek out a copy.

Thanks for bringing this to people's attention Mark. It would only count as advertising if you were employed by Real Classic!

There are also a number of articles for 350 ligtweights archived. These are mainly all from magazines of the time period the bikes were made. Like the one above for the G5 Matchless which is only badge different from the model 8 AJS. It is a road test article. You will also find a " riders view " article. Articles in todays magazines are all good reading. However, they are not all ways 100% correct / factual. The pictures of a restored bike may not be correct. So always refer to original literature for factual information for your bike. Even that factory literature may contain errors and show old artwork. Any dough's ask the experts here, opinions may differ, but eventually working as a team, your queries will get a result.
