AJS model 8

I have just bought an AJS MODEL 8 which from the frame and engine numbers I believe to be 1960, although I intend to get this validated by the Club. The tank and side panels are painted blue which according to the restoration book may well be correct. Does anyone have any details of a blue paint currently available which is a reasonable match

Hi don't know which shade of blue your after, but my Mod 8 was originally a shade of Royal blue. The colour i settled for was a Ford Balliol Blue no. 0529, it's slightly lighter but looks good.
