I wonder if the current owner of this bike with registration 671 DXU ever browses this forum.
My Mum and Dad bought it at Christmas time 1967 from Beauchamp Motors in Warwick Street, Leamington.
I remember collecting it and meeting John Schumacher who owned the shop and was a local scrambles ace at that time.
It was my first "proper" bike, I owned it from 1967 to about 1970 and sold it in the Leamington area, I think to a local person.
It would be wonderful to reconnect if 671 DXU is still out there somewhere. I note from the DVLA website that the registration is still on record.
If you are the proud owner, would you mind letting me know? Perhaps we can reconnect. I have a lot of history to relate if you are interested.
