Length of centre stand front footrest rod on a Model G5

Does anyone know what is the correct, original, total length of this square section rod (Part No. 042446)?

Or the length of the footrest spacers on it (Part Nos.042368 - Leftside & 042369 - Rightside)?

I've got one spacer 1&1/8 inches long, O.D. 7/8"only. Is this right for the left side?

Shoving the rod through repeatedly to offer up is a business & is damaging the threads, otherwise I'd try to work it out through trial & error for myself.

(Oh, for a Velocette type spares list here with everything set out neatly on illustrations with descriptions often giving actual dimensions/sizes!!).

They're on Andrew Engineering's price list, says they are 6 1/4" long.

I checked Andrew Engineering's list. It's 9&1/4" actually which is what I've got so that is good. All I need to know now the length of the spacers just inside the 2 front footrests on the rod & I can turn them up on the lathe in stainless.

Hello |Rod sorry work took me away for longer than i thought.

Anyway the lengths are for kick start side its a 5/16" or 8mm bush and the other clutch side its 1-1/8" or 28mm bush.
