The link some gave here does not seem to work for the 65 book, it seems to be duplicated. Here's what you need to see.
Note here the parts are stated 35 & 34, at the bottom end, you use to adjust bearings. Same simple procedure as push bike bearings, slacken 35 adjust 34 lock up 35.

although my original thoughts I think I will park for the while reference the alignment of the yokes.

That's good Richard, I've never done much to my lightweights steering, so was not aware adjustment went upside down. Don't know why that changed in the manuals as parts look the same 59 /65.Richard Hyatt wrote:yep - got it now
