If you have a Wipac alternator join the light green and the orange together, this will give you 12v to the Boyer, but I don't know if the 12v is good enough for the Boyer.

I use a 12v 3 phase regulator connected straight to the three alternator wires. This effectively runs the regulator on 2 phases and it works fine. There is plenty of voltage from the Wipac alternator. Alternatively, do as suggested above and use a single phase regulator.
