" If you try to use a normal RU205 bearing without the inner race provided with it is 1mm too large across the rollers and will not fit (I have one so I know!!) "
Looking at the SKF site they list two RNU205s each with a different loading spec, the simple drawings look as though the rollers are indeed different widths so I have emailed SKF and am waiting for a reply.
