Crankcase Breather Bolt
Whilst my engine is apart would it be a worth while mod to add a spigot to the breathers hollow bolt so that a piece of tubing can take the oil laden mist from its present place and not be mistaken for gearbox oil?

Re: Crankcase Breather Bolt
I did something similar with mine to route it to a catch tank. It has the later type breather with the separate bolt and 8mm copper pipe is a perfect fit in the hole.
When I accidentally overfilled the oil tank, it pumped the excess into the tank instead of all over the back tyre...

If you have a complete chain guard then this will lubricate the rear chain very nicely
