Will do Paul. Had a chat with various suppliers and was told that the same kickstart was used on the Norton Jubilee and Navigator. Also read that some Francis Barnetts may have had a similar spline, so some more possibilities there. Someone suggested drilling through the shaft and lever and putting a pin in but I think that drilling hardened steel is beyond me.

Hi Paul. Thanks for the links but the gearbox shaft is fine ( Not sure about the actual box though as I have yet to run it ) but all I need at the moment is the kickstart arm which has its splines stripped.

Sorry,thought the splines were damaged on the shaft, finding a kickstart lever shouldn't be too difficult
