Rear shock length

Hi ALL. Has any one out there got any idea of the length of rear shocks for a Model 14 CSR as both wheels touch the ground when on the main stand and my rear shocks look rather long at 14 3/4 inchs .Unless I have the wrong size tyres ? Both 3.25x17 ?
