I hope to make it to the jumble without Pratnav since it's only 2 miles from home.

...just called up Google Maps and entered "Ockley Lane, Keymer". Brought me there in a few seconds! (Only virtually, sniff!)

It would be so inviting to just get a boat over the Channel and jumble around a little on sunday, with some coffee & cake...

Hi Matman
There's a really big show and autojumble at Ardingly Showground, Ardingly, Sussex (about 30km North of Keymer) on 28th Oct.
Sussex AMOC will have a stand there with a few notorious bikes (including a 7R we're promised).
It's only 764 km from Kelkheim according to
www.viamichelin.com
Do you want onions in your bacon roll?

Thank you so much Neville,

for this nearly irresistible invitation - but I am afraid I have to stay at home this time.
My company won´t let me go for another vacation at this time of year.

Please reserve some onions for me next year - I´ll be back!!!

Cheers, and two fine weekends for all of you at Surrey and around!

I understand. I expect you and your helpers are busy making my new dualseat and petrol tank - not to mention all the grooming that the reindeer need.
Looking forward to seeing you on the 24th!
