Registering my bike with the DVLA

Update, I have spoken with the DVLA and no club inspections for V765 applications there are being carried out but additional photos are needed, frame, engine gearbox and still one of the complete bike. As long as all the paper work is correct then the DVLA will just issue a new V5C, as for age related there still seems to be a massive back log but some are coming with no inspections.
