Hi, does anyone know the thread size of the stud running through the engine/gearbox plates and the crankcases on a 1960 twin? It's the top one behind the cylinders. A mate is working on his bike and has discovered that apparently the nut and washer have come off the chaincase side and the stud and its remaining RH nut and washer has vibrated its way an inch or so towards the distributor.
