Hi, I'm a bit of a newbie so please be gentle. There is probably info elsewhere on the site and forum on this but I can't seem to find it.
I have recently (let week) bought a '56 G3LS which I love and have just been offered a G12 which I am tempted by. I have been given the frame and engine numbers but don't know if they match.
Any advice appreciated.
Frame number is 71898
Engine number 59 G12x1721
thanks
Nick

I assume it has a reg'n number/V5c
The only way to see if they left the factory together as the same bike is to use the club's dating service:

The factory records may also show other info. E.g. the receiving dealer from new.
